Pantograph Testing Bench
1. Use
The equipment is used for the comprehensive performance test of the pantograph of a subway locomotive.
2. Main function
Can be used for automatic test of the static pressure characteristic curve of a subway vehicle's pantograph. It measures the static contact pressure, bowing time, and the maximum height of the bow. It has the function of measuring the height and pressure of the lifting bow and forming a curve graph function, and it is suitable for the minimum movement air. Pressure, start-up force, rapid drop of the bow function, air pipeline leak pressure maintenance state testing test. The equipment provides a variety of test conditions that meet the pantograph process range, with computer automatic control and information management functions.
3. Main structural composition
The equipment is mainly composed of pantograph installation platform, stainless steel simulation contact network, main test bed, sensors and aerial accessories.
